LIST OF REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proof of homeownership or residence
(Authority to Move In, Proof of Billing or Contract to Sell)
2. If a tenant, notarized copy of Contract of Lease
3. Copy of LTO Official Receipt for payment of Car Registration (original or photocopy)
4. Copy of LTO Certificate of Registration (original or photocopy)
5. 1 Valid ID
6. Car Sticker Application Fee is 150.00
To ensure orderliness inside our villages, 1 sticker will be issued per homeowner. Succeeding applications will be subject to approval on the availability of parking within the applicant's property.
The Car Sticker is valid within the year indicated therein (December 31, 2020).
