Here are the promo mechanics:

2. The equity discount will be deducted from the first equity payment of the buyer.

3. Promo may be availed upon submission of documents (BIS & Reservation Agreement) to CRG for walk-in customers. For Online bookings, current requirements will apply.

4. Buyers will be notified by CRG a day after the reservation if they qualified for the promo.

5. This promo is valid from February 1 to 28, 2022. The cut-off time to submit the said documents is until 6 PM only.

6. All terms & promos are only applicable to new reservations made during the promo period. Transfers & reconsiderations are not allowed.
