Here are the promo mechanics:
1. The equity discount is exclusive to the first 5 lucky buyers of Thea, Adelle with fence (corner and end lot), the first 7 buyers of Aira (with and without balcony), AND the first 4 lucky buyers of Margaret (with and without fence) and Candice.
2. The equity discount will be deducted from the first equity payment of the buyer.
3. Promo may be availed upon submission of documents (BIS & Reservation Agreement) to CRG for walk-in customers. For Online bookings, current requirements will apply.
4. Buyers will be notified by CRG a day after the reservation if they qualified for the promo.
5. This promo is valid from November 1 to 30, 2021. The cut-off time to submit the said documents is until 6 PM only.
6. All terms & promos are only applicable to new reservations made during the promo period. Transfers & reconsiderations are not allowed.
