Here are the mechanics:
1. The equity discount is exclusive to the first 5 buyers of Aira, Margaret, Gabrielle, and Alexandra; and the first 4 buyers of Alice, Briana, and Chessa.
2. The equity discount will be deducted from the first equity payment of the buyer.
3. Promo may be availed upon submission of documents (BIS & Reservation Agreement) to CRG for walk-in customers. For Online bookings, current requirements will apply.
4. Buyers will be notified by CRG a day after the reservation if they qualified in the promo.
5. This promo is valid from June 6 to 30, 2021. The cut-off time to submit the said documents is until 6PM only.
6. All terms & promos are only applicable to new reservations made during the promo period. Transfers & reconsiderations are not allowed.
