6.0 % discount if paid within 120 days start from the date of reservation
5.5 % discount if paid within 150 days start from the date of reservation
5.0 % discount if paid within 180 days start from the date of reservation
2.) And there is no discount if the unit house is ready for occupancy (RFO)
Option 2. We offer discount if you pay the Total Contract Price
for pre-selling and ready for occupancy houses.
